Very long waiting time, otherwise very tasty ice cream

Incredibly delicious ice cream. Always fresh and very good value for money. But the friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. It's a shame, especially in times of covid-19 that should actually be the unique selling point. Therefore 2 star deduction because of bad-tempered salespeople. Too bad.

Super ice cream! You sit very nicely on the market square. Most of the waitresses are very nice. Some could be a little more attentive. It can be a bit chaotic at times when the company is big. Otherwise highly recommended.

Limited menu. Food takes for ever.

Delicious ice cream, but unfortunately had to wait for half an hour until the staff noticed that we had not ordered. Then we ordered our ice cream (spaghetti ice cream). After another 20 minutes, the ice is in front of us (timeframe ok) and we start to eat the ice, find it very delicious. Only then do we realize that the "big" spaghetti ice cream consists of 50% cream (see photo). Dear Dolomiti-Team that does not have to be. We would like spaghetti with cream and not cream with ice cream. Otherwise, the ice was maga delicious as mentioned !!!

Nice

A little bit of Italian kitsch, but otherwise ecjt so great. The ice cream, snowman, strawberry cup, Malaga cup was delicious. The service was friendly. I think the prices for the cups are a bit high, but the quality is really on a high level. Overall to be recommended. We will be back!

Super ice cream

Very delicious homemade cakes and lovingly prepared ice cream. A highlight for kids. Nice service and the romantic flair of the old town of Lorsch.
